Nuclear Medicine Technologist

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist plays a critical role in providing diagnostic imaging services using specialized radioactive materials. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in nuclear medicine procedures and a dedication to patient care.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic procedures utilizing various nuclear medicine techniques, administering radiopharmaceuticals and monitoring patient reactions, operating and maintaining nuclear medicine equipment to ensure quality imaging, collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret results and optimize patient outcomes, adhering to safety protocols and regulations regarding radioactive materials, and documenting patient information and maintaining accurate records of procedures.

This position requires a shift from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine is required, must hold ARRT (N) certification, and BLS certification is also required.
