This role will focus on driving business process transformation and operational excellence across key platforms including Salesforce, nCino, Zafin and PrecisionLender. The role will collaborate across business lines and functional areas to assess current-state processes, design future-state, influence best practices and recommend innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability and user experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of building partnerships and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and document processes using industry-standard methodologiesDevelop future-state process models to enhance efficiency and effectivenessPartner with stakeholders to optimize efficiencies and align processes to strategic objectivesGather requirements from business lines ensuring process changes align to business needsTranslate business requirements into actionable process improvementsSupport platform enhancements that impact process execution and partner closely with product owners to drive deliveryGather feedback and iterate processes based on user experienceEnsure processes align with regulatory, compliance and industry best practicesRecommend and drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiencyBuild strong relationships with key partners to align on expectations and resolve conflictsBasic Qualifications:Typically has six or more years of related work experiencePreferred Skills and Experience:Salesforce and nCino knowledge preferredExpert knowledge of assigned business line or functional areaDemonstrated management and leadership skillsExcellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of project managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
