Operations Coordinator (Operational Performance and Support)The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the department. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment. The Operations Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Fleet Manager to support fleet logistics, ensuring efficient support services, implementing effective operational processes, and monitoring key metrics to meet performance and compliance standards. Additionally, this role involves tracking and documenting training needs, creating training materials, scheduling training sessions, and coordinating logistics with other teams.Responsibilities include demonstrating excellent customer service skills, maintaining a positive attitude, being detail-oriented, self-starting, and a team player, exhibiting a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel when required.Fleet Services include collaborating with the manager to monitor and report on fleet operations, assisting with vehicle procurement, registration, and ensuring compliance with regulations, monitoring and reporting on fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and operational costs, working with the Director and Manager to implement strategies for improving fleet efficiency, collecting data to identify cost-saving opportunities for the fleet budget, and managing the Fleet Portal on a daily basis.Operational Support Management involves working with the manager to develop, implement, and monitor operational support policies, supporting the logistics of coordinating events and parties, assisting in documenting organizational objectives, preparing documentation related to operations costs, and managing the Training Portal on a daily basis.Training includes tracking and managing certifications for the Field Operations Team, working with the team to document, identify, develop, and design training materials, collaborating with the training team to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date, supporting the Training Manager in logging and recording training classes and developed content, and working with the Manager and Director of VPP to manage partner and subcontractor major certification processes.Qualifications include the ability to provide expert advice, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of adult learning concepts, flexibility and adaptability, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent customer service skills, strong time management, public speaking, problem-solving, and both verbal and written communication skills, and experience in co-developing training content.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
