Primary Operator

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive patient-centered care, including assessments, triage, medication administration, chronic disease management, and patient education. You will coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, support preventive care, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.
