Join Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will provide compassionate and professional care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. You will be an essential member of our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following hygiene and infection control standards.
• Support mobility and exercises as directed by nursing or therapy staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Document care activities and observations accurately and promptly.
• Follow care plans and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of residents.
• Ability to lift and assist residents as necessary.
