MI LICENSE IN HAND. Must have a teamwork approach and meet ProMedica behavioral expectations. Must be able to adhere to Call off policy -STRONGLY ENFORCED. Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg/Tele and Med Surg. Position / Specialty: MRH - 3 South Ratios: 1: 4-5 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes if greater than 3 years of experience Weekend REQ: Yes – Every other (Weekends Required - weekends are considered Saturday and Sunday for both Night and Day shifts) Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Will float to other areas as needed and will be given an assignment appropriate to experience and scope of practice including ICU, ER and Behavioral Health. Will float to Monroe Hickman as needed. Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Special Requirements: - Patient Age group Adults, Geriatrics - Shift Details 12 hrs - Schedule Requirements Float Required: Will float to other areas as needed and will be given and assignment appropriate to experience and scope of practice including ICU, ER and Behavioral Health. Weekend Coverage: Every other Weekend Shifts per Contract: 12 Scheduling Type: Other - Unit Info Patient Diagnoses: Covid, Stroke, NSTEMI, Chest Pain, AKI, Pneumonia, COPD, Exacerbation, CHF Exacerbation, Cellulitis, AMS - Medication System Pyxis - Special Procedures/Unit Details Intermediate Care Unit, Pilot Team Nursing Model, (RN, LPN for 6 patients) - Special Equipment Safe Patient Handling Equipment - Work Settings Telemetry- Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response Interpretation of dysrhythmias Management of dysrhythmias - Computerized Charting EPIC required Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short term Acute Care – Level 1 Trauma Center Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Level 1 Total Staffed Beds: 25 Scrub Color: Navy Blue Pre-Approved Time-Off Per Contract: 2 requests Charting: EPIC required Parking Cost: Free
