Key responsibilities: Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of our case managers, legal assistants, and investigator. Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, including providing timely updates. Evaluate cases and develop strategies for medical management to enhance case value and obtain maximum settlements Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for cases that will proceed to litigation. Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure compliance Requirements: Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar A strong work ethic and attention to detail At least 3 years experience in pre-litigation, personal injury case management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (Spanish) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Dordick Law Corporation
