Key Responsibilities Provide emergency medical services in airborne settings, ensuring safe and effective patient management. Maintain clinical proficiency in patient care functions relevant to flight and air medical transport. Qualifications & Skills Education: High School Diploma or GED; completion of an approved EMT-Paramedic program. Experience: At least three years in Advanced Life Support or Critical Care settings; flight or air medical transport experience preferred. Licensure & Certifications: Current EMT-P license from the relevant state health department. Basic Life Support (BLS); obtained within 30 days of start. Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TPATC, Pediatric Transport Course, and Paramedic Certifications (FP-C or CCP-C) within specified timeframes. Additional requirements include ongoing certification maintenance and potential state licenses based on operational needs. Experience & Certification Requirements Experience: Minimum of three years in a supportive medical role; flight/air transport experience is a plus. Certifications: CCAMTS accreditation waiver options may apply for experience. Specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TPATC, Pediatric Transport, and Paramedic credentials must be obtained within designated periods after employment start.
