The Enterprise Service Applications (ESA) Payroll Digital Technology Services team is looking to add a Payroll Support Analyst to the team. This role will support our U.S. payroll organization. Location & Employment Type Remote (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or eligible immigration status). Hybrid/Onsite: Employees may work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time worked onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. Leads complex HR/Benefits/Payroll projects; serves as SME; identifies connection points; may work across domains/products. Requires specialized depth and breadth in HR/Benefits/Payroll expertise; stays current with trends; shares knowledge across teams. Demonstrates advanced product knowledge; regarded as SME; mentors others. Interprets business challenges; recommends best practices; understands client objectives and financials. Acts as SME/mentor; leads teams/projects; influences change; drives process improvements. Independently solves complex problems; leads others through solutions; identifies innovative approaches. Drives client and project success; navigates ambiguity; fosters collaboration; mitigates risks; drives innovation. Communicates difficult concepts; negotiates viewpoints; models consultative approach. Utilizes methodology and integration knowledge; offers best-practice solutions; works independently in complex situations. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people. Strong Time management and self-motivation skills. Self starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker. Experience with large projects/implementations. Worked within a project managed environment with structured meetings and deliverables. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
