Volt is immediately hiring a Warehouse Associate in Grand Junction, Colorado. As a Warehouse Associate, you will workers will be pulling and moving file storage boxes in an unmanned warehouse. Pull file storage boxes weighing 40-50lbs from warehouse shelving, including upper shelves. Use a rolling staircase to access higher storage areas. Work with a partner to safely remove and move heavier boxes. Assist with approximately 200 boxes per week as part of the initial 800-box priority project. This is a full-time 3-month assignment opportunity! Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7am to 4pm. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials throughout the shift. Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of stored records. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
