We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a strategically important product area and drive cross-functional initiatives across the organization. What You'll Do Define product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps. Own complex product areas with multiple stakeholders. Lead customer discovery and market analysis. Translate business and customer needs into product strategy. Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership. Establish product metrics and operating frameworks. Lead major launches and cross-functional initiatives. Mentor product managers and raise product management standards. What We're Looking For 7+ years of product management experience. Strong track record of owning complex products. Excellent strategic and analytical skills. Strong technical fluency. Experience influencing without direct authority. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management. Nice to Have AI/ML or developer platforms. B2B technology. Scale-up experience. Technical product background. Why Join?
