Shift: Evening Responsibilities As a Janitorial Specialist, you will help maintain clean, safe, and professional environments by: Cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors Dusting furniture, fixtures, and workspaces Sanitizing high-touch surfaces throughout the facility Emptying trash and recycling containers Restocking restroom and facility supplies Following company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Completing assigned work independently while meeting quality standards What We Offer Paid training for all new team members Consistent Monday through Friday evening schedule No weekend shifts Competitive hourly pay Positive team culture and supportive leadership Opportunities for advancement and career growth Stable employment with an established commercial cleaning company Qualifications We're Looking For Candidates Who Are At least 18 years of age Dependable with a strong attendance record Able to work independently and stay organized Detail-oriented with a positive attitude Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform routine physical cleaning duties throughout the shift In possession of reliable transportation Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, housekeeping, office cleaning, or building maintenance is helpful but not required.
