What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and support the Store Manager
- Deliver top-tier customer service (retail + commercial)
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Help drive sales growth and profitability
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain store standards, merchandising, and inventory accuracy
- Support hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Step in as acting Store Manager when needed

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 1+ year in sales or auto parts (preferred)
- Key holder experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Comfortable using POS systems & Microsoft Office
Physical & Work Environment
- Active role: standing, walking, lifting (up to 40 lbs)
- Indoor & outdoor work conditions
- Fast-paced, hands-on environment
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 45 hours/week (expected)
