Sales Account Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $75,000 to $105,000 per year. This is a fully remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing consistent communication and support.
- Prepare quotes negotiate agreements manage account setup and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Research market opportunities develop territory growth plans and build a pipeline that supports long term revenue goals.
- Present solutions clearly highlight value and address customer questions using sound reasoning and data.
- Track performance against targets prepare updates for leadership and adjust plans to achieve desired results.
- A Bachelor degree in business administration marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business to business sales account management or a related customer focused role.
- Possess strong communication skills including the ability to explain technical details and financial impacts.
- Use customer management systems and cost analysis tools confidently and maintain organized records.
- Maintain a valid driver license with ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
- Understand customer needs identify issues and provide practical solutions that support retention and growth.
- Apply reasoning and problem solving to evaluate options and present clear recommendations.
- Demonstrate initiative adaptability and strong business awareness while managing changing requirements.
- Collaborate effectively across departments share information and support a team based environment.
- Communicate professionally in written and verbal form and maintain accuracy in reports and presentations.
