Home Health Physical Therapist are responsible for providing top quality patient care to individuals in their homes. As a PT for Carter Healthcare, you will develop a treatment plan to improve a patient’s ability to move, reduce or manage pain, restore function and prevent disability. You will also consult with patients and doctors to learn about the physical conditions of your patients and develop treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. In addition, you will also be responsible for the evaluation and documentation of patients while under your direct care.

This position requires a high level of discipline with minimal supervision and requires excellent organization and time-management skills.
