Radiology Technologist Lead
Northshore Home Health Care
Role: Leads daily operations of interventional imaging services, ensuring quality imaging, patient care, and workflow efficiency. Monitors documentation, oversees quality control and equipment maintenance, performs staff training and coaching, and ensures regulatory compliance. Prepares patients, selects technical parameters, and guarantees high-quality image submission to PACS. Maintains a clean, safe environment and assists with departmental operations. Qualifications: Completion of a Radiology Technology program, ARRT-R certification, and two years of radiology experience. Skills & Physical Requirements: Constant standing, walking, visual and auditory acuity, patient handling, and data entry skills. Occasional lifting and bending. Licenses & Certifications: BLS Healthcare Provider, ARRT-R Radiography, and state-specific radiologic licensure.
