Demand Generation Manager

Position Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and execute programs that generate qualified demand, strengthen the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for a B2B digital marketer who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution across marketing automation, email, SEO, paid media, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns
- Build HubSpot workflows, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and audience segments
- Manage email marketing, SEO, paid search, and digital advertising
- Develop lead scoring, qualification, and conversion strategies
- Partner with Sales to improve lead follow-up and pipeline visibility
- Track campaign performance, attribution, and conversion metrics
- Test and optimize campaigns based on data
- Support ABM and targeted campaigns for priority markets and accounts
- Partner with the Brand & Content Marketing Manager on integrated campaigns
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations experience
- Hands-on HubSpot or comparable marketing automation experience
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid search, email, and digital analytics
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and campaign reporting
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically xhyhwjd while remaining hands-on
