Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Cullman AL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology media and telecommunications location you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients employees contractors and visitors at a technology media and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of the building grounds entry points parking areas and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials as directed by site procedures and report access concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established escalation and documentation procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports incident reports and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
