About the Position

Our client is seeking experienced Local CDL A Drivers for a home-daily position delivering palletized food freight to designated stores. This long-term flexible opportunity offers competitive hourly pay, an evening start time, and a consistent Friday-to-Monday schedule.

Pay & Schedule Details

Pay rate: $35 per hour
Overtime available after 40 hours
Schedule: Friday through Monday, with an optional fifth day
Start time: 6:00 p.m.
Hours per week: 40
Employment type: Long-term flex
Work setting: On-site
Home daily

Job Details

Route type: Local
Freight: Palletized food products
Equipment: Automatic transmission tractor
Handling: Light touch; unload palletized freight using an electric pallet jack

Key Responsibilities

Transport palletized food freight to designated stores.
Safely unload freight using an electric pallet jack.
Operate an automatic transmission vehicle in accordance with company and safety standards.
Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach while performing all driving duties.
Comply with applicable transportation laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Valid CDL A.
1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
