CentraCare invites passionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will work in various units across the hospital. Schedule Full-time | 60 or 72 hours every two weeks | Onsite Night shift | 12-hr shifts | 7pm-7:30am Every third weekend | Holidays per unit policy Pay and Benefits Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates! Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program required Current Minnesota RN License required BSN or MSN preferred BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired Previous nursing experience is preferred Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required The Float Pool provides a valuable resource to the St. Cloud Hospital.
