Pay Rate :

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do :

• Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Provide immediate and effective responses to emergency situations.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.

Qualifications You Bring - Lifeguard :

• Current certifications in Lifeguarding and First Aid, current CPR/AED certification or able to get certified before hire date. Must keep all certifications current while employed.
• Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques, facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, public relations skills.
• Punctuality and low rate of call off is imperative. See employee manual for absenteeism guidelines.

Work Schedule :  

Part-Time : 

May include some evenings and some weekends

• Under 24 hours per week, varying (Does not include Benefits)
• 24-28 hours per week, varying throughout week (Includes Benefits)
