Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule service calls for technicians to optimize efficiency. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Process invoices and payments in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service satisfaction. Monitor daily operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Utilize dispatch software and bookkeeping tools to streamline processes. Provide support during peak hours to maintain workflow consistency. Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies when necessary. Requirements Proven experience as a dispatcher or bookkeeper in a service industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and able to work independently. Proficient in bookkeeping software and dispatch systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Strong team player. Knowledge of HVAC industry practices is preferred.
