Director of Patient Acquisition & Sales

Luxury Orthodontic Practice Seeking an Elite Sales Professional Location: Los Angeles, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Office Manager / Orthodontist Travel: This position requires travel between all Beverly Hills Orthodontics locations. The Opportunity Beverly Hills Orthodontics is seeking an exceptional sales professional and natural closer to join our growing organization as our Director of Patient Acquisition & Sales . This is not a traditional Treatment Coordinator position. We are looking for someone who understands that an exceptional consultation is both an art and a science—someone who can connect with patients, communicate value, overcome objections, present financing confidently, and ultimately help patients make the decision to invest in themselves. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in aesthetics, luxury retail, cosmetic medicine, medspa, elective healthcare, high-ticket sales, or orthodontics . You will play a critical role in building and leading the sales culture across all Beverly Hills Orthodontics locations . What You'll Own Sales Leadership & Team Development Coach and mentor every Treatment Coordinator across all locations. Develop and implement a consistent, high-performing consultation process. Standardize the patient consultation experience across the organization. Train Treatment Coordinators on objection handling, closing techniques, financing presentations, and patient psychology. Conduct ongoing role-play, coaching, and performance development. Establish sales standards, expectations, and accountability across all locations. Build a true sales culture where performance, growth, and patient experience go hand in hand. Conversion & Revenue Growth Track and analyze consultation-to-start conversion rates by coordinator and location. Identify opportunities to improve case acceptance and develop strategies to increase conversion. Monitor sales performance and establish measurable KPIs. Analyze lost opportunities and develop strategies to recover prospective patients. Improve financing presentations to make treatment more accessible while increasing acceptance. Develop strategies to increase average production per treatment start . Help maximize revenue while maintaining an elevated, patient-first experience. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continued growth in patient acquisition and treatment starts. Patient Experience & High-Level Sales Personally conduct and/or support high-value consultations when appropriate. Create an elevated consultation experience consistent with the Beverly Hills Orthodontics brand. Build trust quickly with patients and families. Present doctor-directed treatment plans with confidence, enthusiasm, and clarity. Communicate the value of treatment—not simply the price. Handle objections around timing, finances, insurance, and treatment concerns. Help patients understand why investing in their smile is worth it. Ensure every prospective patient receives a consistent, polished, and memorable experience. Systems & Process Development Create standardized consultation and follow-up systems across all locations. Develop scripts, talking points, sales tools, and training materials. Establish follow-up strategies for patients who do not immediately start treatment. Work with leadership to continuously improve the patient acquisition funnel. Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure leads are effectively converted into consultations and treatment starts. Use data and performance metrics to continuously refine the sales process. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an elite sales professional , not simply someone who has held the title of Treatment Coordinator. Ideal candidates may come from: Luxury retail Medspa and aesthetics Cosmetic medicine Elective healthcare High-end hospitality Orthodontics or dentistry Plastic surgery Cosmetic sales High-ticket sales environments You should have: A proven history of exceeding sales goals. Exceptional closing and objection-handling skills. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Experience tracking and improving conversion metrics. Confidence presenting high-ticket services and financing options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A polished, professional presence. Strong business and financial acumen. A competitive, results-oriented mindset. The ability to motivate others and hold teams accountable. A genuine passion for helping people make transformative investments in themselves. Willingness to travel between all Beverly Hills Orthodontics locations. Previous orthodontic experience is a plus, but exceptional sales ability is more important. Experience with WaveOrtho is also a plus, but not required.
