DescriptionWe are seeking a Director of Construction Services to lead and grow a Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) program in Virginia. This role is responsible for building a construction services program, overseeing delivery of roadway and bridge construction services contracts, and strengthening relationships with VDOT, transportation agencies, and local municipalities across the Commonwealth.
