Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist assistant Follow the plan of care set out by the supervising physical therapist; measure, record resident’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance, treat residents with varieties of techniques in a Skilled Nursing setting as well as in an Adult Day model, and maintain resident confidence by keeping information confidential. Must maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort. Must comply with federal and state professional requirements including graduating from an accredited PTA program, maintaining a current PTA license, and CPR certified. Heavy work: continual and repetitive motions, including but not limited to, heavy lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, pulling, pushing, and prolonged walking and standing.
