About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Executive Development and Organizational Effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the enterprise strategy in these areas, with a focus on executive talent, succession, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership. This role is pivotal in serving as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors, and in building a scalable and integrated talent system that ensures strong leadership pipelines, future-ready capabilities, and sustained business performance. Key responsibilities include leading executive succession governance, creating world-class executive development experiences, and owning the end-to-end talent process for the enterprise at scale. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Master’s degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a preference for at least 5 years of managerial experience and a minimum of 2 years focused on talent assessment. The role requires a candidate with over 15 years of related professional experience, deep expertise in succession planning, talent reviews, performance and potential assessment, and executive development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic talent governance, board engagement, and executive presence at the most senior levels of the organization. Skills in organization effectiveness, team diagnostics, and enterprise change leadership are essential, as is a strong background in consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management. The role demands a leader who can partner with senior executives to enhance organizational health, effectiveness, and enterprise capability, and who is adept at embedding change leadership and organizational adaptability as core leadership expectations.
