Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate with a minimum of six years of experience in investment management, private funds, and related corporate transactions to join their team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration. Duties Represent investment managers and sponsors in the formation and operation of private funds. Draft and negotiate investment management and fund-related documents. Advise on regulatory and compliance matters for investment managers. Prepare and review private placement memoranda and related agreements. Represent family offices in structuring and documenting investments and services. Negotiate and document strategic joint ventures and corporate transactions. Manage sophisticated legal matters and supervise junior attorneys. Requirements Minimum of six years of experience in relevant legal areas. Substantial experience with fund formation and corporate transactions. Ability to manage client relationships independently. Experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission in good standing in the practicing jurisdiction. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
