Responsibilities

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of communication for clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and updates, ensuring all information is accurate and current.

Problem Resolution: Quickly and effectively resolve client issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in our system.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the companys offerings to deliver accurate advice to clients.

Client Retention: Work towards building strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty to the firm.

Requirements

Experience: Property & Casualty licensed with minimum 2 years insurance experience.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focus: Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing client information and documentation.
