Engineering Manager – AI-First Software Development (Java / TypeScript / AWS) An innovative and fast-growing B2B SaaS company is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help shape the future of software development through AI-first engineering practices. This role is ideal for a technically hands‑on leader who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for generative AI tooling, modern developer workflows, and high‑performing teams. The company is undergoing a major transformation toward “agentic engineering,” where AI becomes an integral part of the full software development lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to implementation, testing, review, and deployment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving this evolution across both the engineering team and the wider organization.
