As a Registered Nurse in the NICU , your ability to impact patient care is both recognized and encouraged at every level. Job Overview and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with the specific needs of the department and adheres to the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Working alongside medical professionals and other members of the healthcare team, the RN provides tailored, comprehensive, and compassionate care by utilizing established nursing frameworks such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN acts as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and clinical outcomes that enhance overall departmental performance.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment
  • Neonate Resuscitation certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment
  • STABLE certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Registered Nurse Diploma required
  • This is a full-time night shift position
  • Previous NICU experience is essential
