Develop structural solutions utilizing steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and other building materials. Produce and coordinate construction drawings and 3D models with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Assist in developing project budgets, cost estimates, and technical proposals. Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and communicate engineering solutions. Perform field observations and support construction activities as needed. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines throughout project execution. Mentor designers and junior engineering staff while supporting project delivery. Maintain compliance with applicable building codes, industry standards, and safety requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Approximately 3-6 years of structural engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or actively pursuing licensure. Interested in hearing more?
