Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience Oversee inventory, product displays, and in‑store merchandising to maintain a consistent brand image Lead store social media activities including content creation and customer engagement to drive traffic and sales Use digital tools and data insights to improve sales performance and membership growth Train, coach, and manage store team to improve service quality and execution Support planning and execution of in‑store promotions and events Requirements Minimum 2 years retail management experience; beauty, wigs, or hair industry experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Customer focused mindset with strong problem solving ability Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Passion for beauty, fashion, and customer experience Chinese language required H1B visa sponsorship provided for qualified candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr UNICE INC
