Our client is seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst / Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Client Data Platform (CDP) Technology team. This role will serve as a key liaison between Business, Production Management, and Development teams, ensuring the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of the CDP and Salesforce platforms supporting global Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Investor Services, Client Relations, and Product Management organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of production management, business analysis, data analysis, stakeholder management, and Salesforce/enterprise CRM experience . Hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or comparable data analysis tools is highly preferred. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Production Management, Business Analysis, CRM Technology, Application Support, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or comparable data analysis tools .
Strong experience supporting Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms .
Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Agile methodologies .
Strong experience with incident management, root cause analysis, production support, and problem resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data and business processes.
Excellent requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Financial Services or Asset Management experience is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting client, contact, account, sales, marketing, or distribution platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of investment management business processes is preferred.
Understanding of release management, change management, and production governance frameworks is a plus.
