Mechanical Assembler

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Mechanical Assembler. Position type: Full Time, Contract. Duration: 12+ months possible extension. Location: McKinney, Texas 75071. Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 am to 2:30 pm. Job Description Perform mechanical and basic electronic assembly operations. Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and engineering documents. Perform basic soldering (required). Conduct basic troubleshooting during assembly processes. Document build records accurately and thoroughly. Utilize hand tools, computers, and special tooling daily. Interpret schematics and technical drawings. Move materials as needed throughout the assembly process. Qualifications High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or 2-year post high school technical training). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electronic or mechanical assembly. Military training in building and/or troubleshooting mechanical components may be considered equivalent. Basic soldering experience (required). Basic assembly troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Preferred Skills & Qualifications IPC or J‑STD certification (preferred, not required). Experience in electronic, optical, or mechanical assembly processes. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
