Live-In Caregiver

Responsibilities The QMap staff at Montage Creek is responsible for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physicians' orders to ensure resident safety and well‑being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire. Ability to pass pre‑employment physical and background checks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
