Description:
Heritage Companies is growing our Security team, and were looking for dependable & professional Security Officers to join us at multiple locations throughout Albuquerque.
Heritage will pay for your Level 1 Guard Card and additional required certifications, including CPR, giving you the opportunity to build valuable credentials while joining one of New Mexicos leading hospitality organizations.
Whether you already have security experience or are looking for an opportunity to get started in the field, were looking for people who are dependable, observant, professional and ready to help create a safe and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do
As a Security Officer, youll help protect our guests, team members and properties while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Responsibilities may include:
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor property activity
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees and visitors
- Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances and safety concerns
- Monitor entrances, exits and other designated areas
- Document incidents and complete security reports
- Assist guests and team members when security support is needed
- Identify and report potential safety or security concerns
- Communicate professionally with Security leadership and property management
- Follow established emergency, safety and security procedures
- Provide a security presence that is professional, helpful and hospitality-focused

- Comfortable interacting with guests, employees and the public
- Able to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations
- Willingness to complete required security training and certifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on location and business needs
- Previous security, hospitality, military, law enforcement, customer service or similar experience is a plus
