Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Korean required) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Business & Financial Operations Analyst to drive business reporting, sales performance tracking, and promotional financial analysis. In this role, you will analyze key operational and financial metrics, refine forecasting methodologies, manage promotion-related investment approvals, and support monthly financial closes. Serving as a strategic liaison between headquarters and internal cross-functional teams, you will help optimize sales programs, manage inventory/allocation escalations, and deliver actionable insights to leadership in a fast-paced environment. Top Required Skills Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in handling complex data sets and executive reporting. Quantitative Analysis: Proven ability to evaluate promotional ROI, sales trends, and forecast accuracy. Financial & Numerical Literacy: Strong fluency in financial metrics, sales deductions, claim aging, and budgeting workflows. Key Responsibilities Performance Reporting & Insights: Create, maintain, and publish regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on key business performance metrics and KPIs to inform leadership decision-making. Respond promptly to ad-hoc internal and external reporting requests. Forecasting & Promotional Analysis: Deliver detailed reports on forecast accuracy, sales performance, and promotional impact. Evaluate historical promotions through rigorous post-mortem ROI analysis to refine future forecasting models and optimize sales programs. Investment & Operational Approvals: Support daily business operations by managing timely approvals for marketing investments, promotional funds, and sales programs. Financial & Monthly Close Support: Partner closely with finance teams during the monthly closing process. Prepare detailed financial reports on sales deductions, claims, aging, and related operational metrics to ensure alignment with business targets. Cross-Functional Communication & HQ Alignment: Act as a bilingual liaison between corporate headquarters and local cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance). Handle escalations regarding product allocations, delivery requirements, and inventory management. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required. Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business operations, supply chain planning, or program management. Industry Experience: Background in the Telecommunications / Wireless industry is strongly preferred. Experience managing logistics, distribution, product launches, or business planning cadence is a major plus. Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal) is required to facilitate seamless daily communication with headquarters and local teams. Technical Skills: Strong background in data analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, and direct customer/vendor interface. Necessary Skills & Attributes Strategic Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to bridge potential language or cultural barriers.
