Cook / Dishwasher-Hotel Casino
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Join the culinary team supporting one of Oklahoma's premier hotel and casino operations. This is a high-volume commercial kitchen—not a fast-food environment.

Pay- $12-16 DOE

We are seeking dependable  Cooks and Dishwashers to join our team in a fast-paced industrial kitchen that supports a large hotel and casino. If you enjoy working in a high-volume food service environment and take pride in delivering quality service, we encourage you to apply.

Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen environment.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dish area, and workstations.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and organization.
• Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a  large commercial kitchen , hotel, resort, casino, or institutional food service environment is preferred for Cook positions.
• Dishwasher experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
