Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing team. Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure strict adherence to brand standards, food safety regulations, and exceptional guest service.
• Financial Management: Manage store P&L, including labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses, to maximize profitability.
• Guest Experience: Maintain high visibility on the floor, interacting with guests and ensuring every visitor leaves with a memorable experience.
• Community Engagement: Drive local store marketing initiatives to build brand loyalty and increase regional presence.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Leadership: Strong coaching skills with a passion for teaching, developing, and promoting team members.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of restaurant financials, P&L management, inventory control, and labor scheduling.
• Drive: A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and a hands-on leadership style.
• Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
