About the Job:  

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As an AI Engineer , you’ll play an integral role using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.  

What You’ll Get to Do:  

• Drive the deployment and roadmap of our GenAI chat platform.


• Collaborate with technical and business teams to design GenAI solutions for knowledge management, personalized content, and service fulfillment.


• Recommend enhancements to our chat platform based on your expertise in GenAI frameworks, model selection, and architecture.


• Work with global internal teams in an agile environment.


• Evaluate tech options, build PoCs, and review code and designs.


• Bonus points for full-stack experience.

What  You’ll Bring with You:  

• 4+ years in AI engineering.


• Proven experience working cross-functionally in agile settings.


• Strong project management and technical roadmap alignment skills.


• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and solution evaluation.


• Understanding of full-stack systems, UI/UX trade-offs, and cloud-based architecture.


• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js; experience with REST APIs.


• Skilled in building quick prototypes with dev teams.


• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, LLMs, and cost-benefit trade-offs in GenAI.


• Comfortable in AWS or Azure environments.


• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field—or equivalent experience.


• Willingness to work in the Charlotte office 3 days/week.
