We partner with experts across the industry, guided by empathy and insight, to advance health for everyone.The impact you'll make in this roleAs a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.This role works either the 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $21.59/hour.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Set-Up & Operation of all equipment within multiple departmentsMake equipment adjustments as neededOperate and clean Inkjet printer and provide care for the Inkjet headsPerform various mechanical tasks in the operation of all equipmentWrite and prepare detailed production reportsUtilize simple formulas, drawings, etc.Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.We're building a pipeline of talent for this role and will consider applicants for current and upcoming opportunities as they become available.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start) OR 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role"Nice to Have" Qualifications:Six (6) months of manufacturing experienceExperience in medical or dental manufacturing environmentAbility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as neededAbility to work either a first, second or third shift, depending on shift availabilityAbility to lift 10 - 50 lbs or moreWork Location: Onsite - 2111 McGaw Ave, Irvine CA 92614Travel: Not required for this positionRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.This position sits within Solventum's Manufacturing Operations, specifically at one of our global production facilities, where our teams play a hands-on role in bringing life-changing healthcare solutions to life.
