We'd love to meet you. We're a family-owned restaurant group in the heart of Downtown Plano looking for a creative, outgoing Content Creator to help tell the stories behind our five unique concepts. This isn't a desk job. You'll be behind the camera, occasionally in front of it, capturing everything from sizzling burgers and handcrafted cocktails to elegant wine dinners, weddings, and behind-the-scenes moments. If you're the kind of person who constantly notices great lighting, thinks in Instagram Reels, and gets excited about creating engaging content, this could be the perfect opportunity. About Us Urban Crust - Wood-Fired Pizza Urban Rio - Mexican Food Urban Seafood Company - New England-Style Seafood Patty Lou's - Smashburgers Each brand has its own personality, and we're looking for someone who can help bring each one to life through authentic, engaging content. What You'll Do Capture photo and video content at our restaurants and event venue. Attend monthly wine dinners and special events to document the guest experience. Film short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, & TikTok. Assist in editing videos into polished, engaging social content. Photograph food, cocktails, events, guests, and behind-the-scenes moments. Brainstorm creative campaign ideas with our Marketing & Events Manager. Occasionally appear on camera as a "guest" or participate in fun videos. Stay up to date on current social media trends, audio, and content styles. Help maintain a consistent visual style across all five brands. Organize and deliver edited photo and video assets for future marketing use. We're Looking For Someone Who... Has experience shooting and editing short-form social media video. Has a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling. Is comfortable using an iPhone and/or camera to capture high-quality content. Can edit quickly using apps such as CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, or similar software. Enjoys collaborating and sharing creative ideas. Is comfortable interacting with restaurant guests and team members. Doesn't mind occasionally being on camera. Is dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Can work some evenings and weekends during events. Bonus Points If You... Have restaurant, hospitality, or event experience. Have experience photographing food and beverages. Know what makes an Instagram Reel stop someone's scroll. Have experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook content creation. Have a portfolio of social media content you'd love to show us.
