We are looking for a few amazing nurses to join our team!6pm to 6am shift

At Oskaloosa Care Center Inc in Oskaloosa IA, we believe in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs/RNs to join our team and help us in our mission of providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, treatments, and performing diagnostic tests
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Participate in resident assessments and care conferences

Requirements:

Current LPN/RN license in the state of Iowa
Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Commitment to providing compassionate care to all residents
