Concessions SupervisorThe Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all Food and Beverage Operations as directed by the Senior Concessions Manager and the management team. This role's main focus will be maintaining the operations of the concession outlet and ensuring our team delivers world class service. The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Global.Legends Global redefines excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events. Join us to make legends happen!Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing and executing the daily concessions operations in the Food and Beverage outlets.Ensure all product transactions procedures are documented and enforced via electronic payments using Point of Sale (POS) system.Set up and preparation of all assigned locationsCheck in food deliveries and verify with warehouse teamOversee and check opening and closing duties of the concessions staff in their assigned locationsMaintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory. Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations.Replenish, restock, maintain all food items and food related items as needed and/or directed by managementPrepare staff assignments and prep listsMaintain a high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness.Assist management with monthly inventoriesResponsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all concessions equipment and reporting any operating issuesMaintain cleanliness and organization of all walk in and reach in refrigerator and freezers in compliance with local health codeAlways conduct self in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently; maintenance of work area and proper food storage; opening and closing dutiesAdheres to company guidelines and house rules, always exceeds guest expectations.Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.Ability to expedite food in a fast-paced environmentLead and work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards ensuring Safety and CleanlinessWork as a team with fellow associates in the both the FOH and the BOHEnsure daily checklists are followed and completed by all concession workers.Assist other supervisors in other related tasks and responsibilities as necessary.Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.Complete other duties as assigned by management.Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)QualificationsStrong attention to detail.Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be at least 18 years oldAble to delegate and prioritize duties to the concessions teamWork with a sense of urgency, manage and execute multiple ordersMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environmentStrong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative and leadershipCustomer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of managementMust be flexible to work weekends, nights and holidaysMust be able to work in a team environmentHigh level of organization and attention to detailMust be able to remain calm under stressful situationsMust be able to make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervisionMust be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directionsPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps.Standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.Compensation: $20.00 – 24.00 hourlyLegends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
