About the Role The VP, Account Group Supervisor is a senior client leadership role responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading integrated teams to produce work that creates measurable impact. What You'll Do Serve as a strategic business partner to senior client stakeholders, bringing proactive recommendations that advance both brand and organizational objectives. Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities to expand agency engagement across brands, functions, and capabilities. Champion integrated thinking across all agency disciplines to ensure solutions are strategically sound, creatively compelling, medically accurate, and operationally executable. Lead annual brand planning, launch readiness, and long‑range business discussions with clients and internal teams. Elevate the quality of work by challenging teams to deliver ideas and solutions that move beyond expectations and create meaningful impact. Anticipate client needs, market shifts, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities, helping clients navigate complexity and make informed decisions. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the account team. Partner with agency leadership to ensure account health, resource optimization, profitability, and talent development. What You'll Need 10+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience with progressive leadership responsibility. Demonstrated success leading complex, integrated brand assignments, including launches and high‑growth brands. Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting to executive stakeholders. Proven track record of developing and mentoring high‑performing teams. Strong commercial and financial acumen, including scope management, forecasting, and profitability oversight. Ability to influence across functions and lead through complexity and change.
