RN Clinic Manager

Clinic Manager, RN - Arcadia Med‑Surg Onc Clinic We’re seeking a Clinic Nurse Manager to lead our multispecialty clinics and infusion centers in Arcadia. This role holds 24-hour accountability for patient care quality, outpatient operations, and human resources management. The Nurse Manager will foster a professional and collaborative environment while advancing evidence-based practice, regulatory compliance, and organizational values. Key Responsibilities Ensure safe, high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital standards and Title 22/JCAHO requirements. Oversee daily clinic and infusion center operations, supervising charge nurses and front-line staff. Recruit, mentor, and retain a stable, engaged nursing team; support Shared Governance and Magnet initiatives. Lead performance improvement and quality-monitoring programs. Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, and payroll (Kronos/Optilink). Serve as a coach and mentor to charge nurses, staff, and students. Collaborate with physicians, hospital administration, and interdepartmental teams to integrate patient services. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s in Nursing strongly preferred or in progress). Minimum 4 years RN experience , including 2 years in a formal management role . Current BLS certification (AHA) and Fire Life Safety Training (if within LA City). ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification (or eligibility to obtain). Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred Master’s degree in Nursing (may substitute for BSN). Why Join Us?
