Certified Nursing Assistant
Evergreen Nursing Home
Evergreen Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care and daily living support to elderly and disabled residents. In this role, you will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and safe mobility, while closely following individualized care plans. You will take and record vital signs, observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, and support nurses and therapists with treatments and rehabilitation activities. CNAs help maintain a clean, safe environment, build trusting relationships with residents and families, and model Evergreen’s values of dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
