• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories regarding substance abuse and mental health challenges.

• Develop personalized, action-oriented treatment plans that target both addiction issues and underlying mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate effectively with treatment team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and family therapists to promote integrated and comprehensive care.

• Educate clients' families about addiction and recovery processes, providing strategies for supportive involvement in their loved ones' journeys.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and organizational regulations.

This position primarily serves individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring psychological conditions. Our clients vary in age, background, and circumstances, often requiring tailored intervention strategies that acknowledge their unique experiences. You will engage with clients from different walks of life, assisting them in their pursuit of wellness and recovery.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, LPC/MHSP, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in state and federal regulations governing telehealth practices.

• Strong foundation in addiction counseling with the ability to apply evidence-based techniques effectively.

• Excellent therapeutic and counseling skills honed through practical experience in diverse behavioral health settings.

• Adept in digital communication and telehealth platforms to optimize remote therapy delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
