Email: View email address on click.appcast.io Key Responsibilities Analyzes drawings and uses applicable software to perform material take-offs for detailed estimates & provides unit cost pricing Assists with developing project updates and bid package estimate documents’ comparison Tracks and adjusts quantities as needed Solicits bids and partners with vendors to build relationships and obtain quotes Reviews RFPs, Basis of Design & drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate Presents information and responds to questions from internal departments Qualifications 3+ years commercial drywall estimating experience Experience with commercial drywall, metal framing, ACT, stucco, EIFS Proficiency with OST or EDGE Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure deadlines are met Local TX market knowledge (preferred) Compensation Package Salary $100-130k (wide range based on experience) Discretionary Performance Bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision 401k ESOP Company Equipment and Stipends Job Type Full-time, onsite & jobsite visits as needed We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
