Candidate must have a valid nursing license. This is a night shift position, 3x12 hours. The role may involve managing high-risk deliveries and antepartum care. Average daily deliveries are around 7, but may increase with high-risk cases. Position requires strong clinical skills including labor and delivery assistance, postpartum care, and neonatal resuscitation. Traveling Nurse may float to similar units as needed. Weekends are required, typically every other weekend. Time off is approved on an individual basis. Traveler must be willing to work during major holidays. Experience with electronic health records is necessary. Candidates should be prepared to provide two professional references. All roles will comply with the licensing and certification standards. Housing options will need to be arranged by the traveling nurse. Modules must be completed prior to starting the assignment.
